Job Details :
Performing assigned audit activities as per the annual audit plan designed by the Audit Committee and Audit Senior Manager for the Ops departments in a timely manner.
*Liaising with the Ops skill sets for surveys, under the guidance of the Team Coach/ Team Leader on the assigned audit subject to obtain a working knowledge of the nature of the subject.
*Performing audits on Billing Account Numbers (BANs) for Upgrades and other process related areas to check for compliance requirement with Ops department policies & processes is met.
*Review of the commercial transactions (Goodwill etc.) and its adherence to process.
*Ensuring completion of audit assignments on a daily basis as per defined timelines to ensure the teams Average Productivity Time (APT) is maintained efficiently.
